This printer has excellent print quality and definitely gets the job done. And then you need to buy more ink. There are various settings to counteract this, but you will also notice degradation in the print quality. I suggest this model for someone who does mostly text printing with a few images. If you are printing a lot of images, you'll be paying for it. The ink quality itself is excellent as well, doesn't fade even when soaked with water--great if you tend to lose a lot of cats and need to make posters to tack onto phone poles to find them again :} It's great for home use, but to call it "Workforce" is an exaggeration. Small businesses doing a lot of color printing should steer clear. The scanner is excellent.Customer Review: Last a year

Worked fine for a year and 4 months. Change the ink last week now the ink jets are clogged and no way to clean them. Use epson ink only after market clogs the jets up. Won't print at all now.Customer Review: Yes, it is pretty loud but...

I bought this after reading reviews and thought it would be a good printer, I was wrong. I have used it for about 4 months and during that time it was working great, until one day about a month ago it decided not to print pictures anymore. It will print all my documents with no problem but will only print about 2 inches of a picture and quit, sending a error message. We have done everything possible to have it up and working again. As soon as I can afford another printer this will go in the garbage. Customer Review: Price shop first

So far I am very happy with this printer. It's super fast and the quality is good. The only problem is I found it $100 cheaper at Fry's after I had it all set up.
